# Skill sensing for learning content

Skill sensing is an automated approach to identify and extract skills from the title and description of a course so that the admin can associate the skills to a course.

Plugin requirement: Now Assist for HR Service Delivery \(HRSD\) plugin \(sn\_hr\_gen\_ai\), Learning core plugin \(sn\_learning\_core\), and Skills foundation plugin \(sn\_skills\_int\).

You can add skills to the learning courses using skill sensing in two ways:

-   Add multiple skills automatically using the skill sensing configuration or you can review the skills manually.
