Submit conflict of interest disclosure requests using a traditional form or through conversational intake with ServiceNow Otto.

You can submit conflict of interest disclosure requests using two methods: using a record producer or a conversational interface powered by ServiceNow Otto.

-   **Record producer**

    Use the Conflict of Interest disclosure Record Producer to provide structured information about potential conflicts. This method is suitable when you have all required information ready and prefer a guided form experience.

-   **Conversational intake**

    Use ServiceNow Otto conversational intake to submit requests through natural language conversation.
