# View and track legal request details

View the details of a legal request after it has been submitted and track request activities.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_lg\_ops.legal\_user

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Employee Center**.

    **Note:** If you’re using Legal Service Portal, open a request by navigating to the Legal Service Portal and selecting **My Requests** > **View all requests** from the header.

2.  Select **My Requests** from the header.

3.  Select the legal request from the list.

4.  View the details of the legal request.

    -   Review the request details by accessing the **Request details** tab.
    -   Review the contract document.
        -   If the request uses internal storage for attachments, access the **Preview** tab.
        -   If the request uses external storage such as Microsoft OneDrive Google Drive, or the like, access the **Document revision** tab.
    -   View a list of signatories and their details by accessing the **Signatories** tab.
    -   View task SLA details by accessing the **Task SLAs** tab.
    -   View the access levels to documents for various personas by accessing the **Document Access** tab.
5.  Track the request's activities and post messages for the fulfiller working on it by accessing the **Activity** tab.
