# Activate the Analytics and Reporting Solution for Legal Service Delivery

Activate the content pack ServiceNow Store application for the Analytics and Reporting Solution.

## Before you begin

Activate the full, subscription version of Performance Analytics on the instance where you're activating this Platform Analytics Solution. You can activate Performance Analytics on a non-production instance without purchasing a subscription. For more information, see [Activate your Performance Analytics subscription](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/now-intelligence/c_PremiumPerformanceAnalytics.md).

Review the [Performance Analytics Content Pack for Legal Service Delivery](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/application/7c8ec9b21837b010fa9b661eb110eaf1) application listing in the ServiceNow Store for information on dependencies, licensing or subscription requirements, and release compatibility.

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **System Applications** > **All Applications** > **ServiceNow Store**.

2.  Browse for Performance Analytics Content Pack for Legal Service Delivery and verify that you have the necessary valid entitlements.

    You need a HI account and permission to request applications for the instances under consideration. The HI account and the instance need to be part of the same company. For more information, see [Install a ServiceNow Product](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/help?article=KB0030186) on the ServiceNow Store.

3.  Search for `Performance Analytics Content Pack for Legal Service Delivery`.

4.  Install the application.
