# Enable intake forms for Microsoft Outlook Add-In for Legal Service Delivery

Enable intake forms to be available as categories while submitting legal requests or mattersfrom Microsoft Outlook using Microsoft Outlook Add-In for Legal Service Delivery.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_lg\_ops.legal\_config

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Legal Administration** > **Practice Areas**.

2.  Select a practice area.

3.  From the Intake Forms related list, select an intake form.

4.  If you are prompted in a message at the top of the form to switch applications to be able to edit the record, select the word **here**.

5.  Select the Unlock Options icon \[Omitted image "lock.png"\] Alt text: Unlock Options icon. in the **Options** field in the Record Producer section.

6.  Enter `Enable` in the **Select target record** field.

7.  Select **Enable for Microsoft Outlook Add-in** from the list.

8.  Select **Update**.


## Result

The request category will be available while submitting a legal request from Microsoft Outlook Add-in.
