# Sign in to Microsoft Outlook Add-In for Legal Service Delivery

As a legal request fulfiller, sign in to Microsoft Outlook Add-In for Legal Service Delivery.

## Before you begin

Ensure you have installed and configured Microsoft Outlook Add-In for Legal Service Delivery. Role required: sn\_lg\_ops.request\_fulfiller or sn\_lg\_matter.matter\_fulfiller

## Procedure

1.  Sign in to Microsoft Outlook Add-In for Legal Service Delivery using any of the two methods.

1.  Open the Microsoft Outlook client.
2.  Select any email.
3.  On the Microsoft Outlook ribbon, select ServiceNow for Legal icon.

1.  Sign in to Microsoft Outlook from the browser.
2.  Select any email.
3.  From the header of the email, select the apps icon \(\[Omitted image "lsd-outlook-addin-apps-icon.png"\] Alt text: Apps icon\).
4.  Select ServiceNow for Legal icon.

</table>2.  Enter credentials as legal request fulfiller.

3.  Select **Log in**.


## Result

You are logged in and the Microsoft Outlook Add-In for Legal Service Delivery add-in lists the legal requests or matters you have access to.
