# Create a Mentoring relationship

As a manager, create a mentoring relationship between two of your employees.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_ecn.mentoring\_admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Mentoring** > **Relationships**.

2.  Select **New**.

3.  On the Mentoring relationship form, fill in the fields.

4.  Select **Save**.
