# Enroll as a mentor or mentee

Enroll as a mentor or mentee to learn from your peers in new ways.

## Before you begin

Role required: none

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Employee Center** > **Your career** > **Mentoring**.

2.  Select **Get started**.

3.  Select one from the following options:

    -   I want to be a mentee
    -   I want to be a mentor
    **Note:** You can do both, but you will have to enroll as a mentee and mentor separately.

4.  Select **Next** and answer the questions that appear in the wizard.
