# Install ServiceNow Otto for Workplace Service Delivery \(WSD\)

install and activate ServiceNow Otto for Workplace Service Delivery \(WSD\) from ServiceNow® Store.

## Before you begin

The System Admin \(admin\) role is required to install the application.

Make sure that you have installed and configured the following dependent applications:

-   ServiceNow Otto for platform \(sn\_genai\_platform\)
-   Workplace Reservation Management
-   Workplace Case Management
-   Workplace Indoor Mapping
-   Workplace Maintenance Management
-   Workplace Visitor Management
-   Workplace Concierge
-   Workplace Case Management
-   Workplace Core

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **System Definition** > **Plugins**.

    For information about the installation process, see [Install plugins for ServiceNow Otto](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/intelligent-experiences/install-now-assist-feature-plugins.md).

2.  Select **Sync now** to synchronize the plugins page with your freshly entitled store application.

3.  Search in the search bar for a ServiceNow Otto product.

    Search for ServiceNow Otto for Workplace Service Delivery \(WSD\) \(sn\_wsd\_gen\_ai\).

4.  Install the plugin and login to your instance.

    **Note:** Installing ServiceNow Otto for Workplace Service Delivery \(WSD\) \(sn\_wsd\_gen\_ai\) activates and installs the ServiceNow Otto for Platform \(sn\_genai\_platform\).
