# Share an internal job opportunity

Share internal job opportunities with your coworkers.

## Before you begin

Role required: None

**Note:** Access is based on user criteria.

## About this task

Sharing internal jobs enables you to connect with coworkers within the organization.

## Procedure

1.  From the Employee Center **Opportunity marketplace** > **Internal jobs**.

2.  Locate any **Internal job** post.

    **Note:** Internal job posts are available from multiple locations.

3.  Populate a list of names by selecting **Search by name**.

4.  Select the name of the person that you want to share the opportunity with.

5.  Add a personal note.

6.  Select **Share opportunity**.


## Result

The opportunity is sent to the coworker that you shared it with.

## What to do next

When you share an opportunity with a coworker, you and the person you share the opportunity with receive an email notification that the job was shared.
