Understand the hiring trend in your organization with the Talent Acquisition Dashboard.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_ta\_hiring\_core.recruiter and itil

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Platform Analytics** > **Dashboards** > **Talent Acquisition Dashboard**.

2.  View the metrics available on the dashboard to understand your hiring trend.
