The applicant task form provides the field description required to set a task for an applicant.

|Field|Description|
|-----|-----------|
|Number|Task number generated for the new applicant task.|
|Type|Description of the type of task assigned.|
|Short description|Place to provide a short description of the assigned task.|
|Description|Place to provide a detailed description of the assigned task.|
|State|State of the task.|
|Due date|Due date for the task created.|
|Assigned to|Applicant the task is assigned to.|
|Attachments|Place where attachments are added by the recruiter or visible when its attached by the applicant.|
