# Hiring tasks

Assign tasks to your job applicants or internal stakeholders and manage those within the Recruitment workspace.

Create a conducive and collaborative environment with all your stakeholders.

Create and assign a task to your applicants or to your internal stakeholders, like the hiring managers from the **Tasks** tab available in the application record view.

View **All tasks** and **Tasks Assigned to me** in the **Lists** view under **Tasks** in a job requisition record page. It enables you to get a consolidated view of all the tasks for the job requisition at a glance, for efficient task management.

Receive notifications at regular intervals if your applicants haven't finished the assigned tasks in time.
