# Create tasks

Create tasks for your applicants or internal stakeholders within the Recruitment workspace and assign it to the respective personas.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_ta\_hiring\_core.recruiter

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Workspaces** > **Recruitment workspace**.

2.  In a job requisition record page, select the required application.

3.  Go to the **Tasks** tab of the job application and select **Add new**.

4.  In the Select task pop-up window, pick a task from the available list, and select **Submit**.

    The **Task type** field is automatically selected when you select the **Task**. 5.  On the Applicant task form, fill in the fields.

6.  Select **Save**.


## Result

View the new task from the **Lists** view of an application page in a job requisition. The list-view provides a consolidated and efficient task management option.
