# Create a job requisition as a recruiter

Request for a job requisition for a vacancy you want to fill in your organization.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_ta\_hiring\_core.recruiter

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Workspaces** > **Recruitment workspace**.

2.  Select the list view of the job requisitions and select **New**.

3.  On the create new job requisition form, fill in the fields.

4.  Select **Save**

    **Note:**

    When a job request is created by a hiring manager, the recruiter can see the open request on the overview page of the Recruitment Workspace. ## Result

A job requisition is created and in New state.
