# Send an email from a job requisition

As a recruiter, send an email to your applicants on a job requisition and provide personalized details.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_ta\_hiring\_core.recruiter

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Workspaces** > **Recruitment workspace**.

2.  Open a job requisition.

3.  Select the **Applications** tab.

4.  Open the application record associated with the applicant that you want to communicate with.

5.  Select the **Details** tab.

6.  Send an email to the applicant using the **Email** tab on the Compose section.


## Result

The applicant receives the email. The email is also added to the activity stream of the application record.
