# Report your health status in Now Mobile

Use the Now® Mobile app to report your health status.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_imt\_quarantine.crisis\_task\_user

To access this content, you must have the [Now Mobile](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/employee-service-management/now-mobile-employee-experience/mobile-employee-experience.md) app. Your instance must have the [Emergency Self Report](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/employee-service-management/emergency-self-report/emergency-self-report.md) application installed.

## About this task

From the Safe Workplace for mobile app, users can access applications from the Emergency Response Management and Safe Workplace product suites.

**Note:** The Emergency Response Management for Now® Mobile app was renamed to Safe Workplace for mobile.

## Procedure

1.  Open the Now Mobile app.

2.  At the top of the Health page, click the quick action icon \[Omitted image "quick-action-icon.png"\] Alt text: Quick action icon. to open the self-report applet.

3.  Select your health status from the list, and tap the check icon \(\[Omitted image "green-check.png"\] Alt text: Check icon.\) to confirm your status.

4.  Click **Submit**.
