# Add Talent Development Aspirations

An Talent admin can manage **Aspirations** that employees create and share.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_egd\_core.admin

## About this task

**Aspirations** are used by employees to identify and track personal and professional goals. An employee can create a growth plan from an **Aspiration**.

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Talent Development Core** > **Aspirations** > **Aspirations**.

2.  Select **New**.

3.  Complete the **Aspiration New record** form.

4.  Select **Submit**
