Use the Exam form to create an exam.

|Duration|Estimated time of the exam.|
|Reattempt wait time|Amount of wait time before a user can retake the exam.|
|State|Current state of the exam.|
|Owner|Person who owns the exam.|
|Active|Option for ensuring the use of the exam.|
|Description|Description of the contents of the exam.|

|Instructions|Steps to follow while attempting the exam.|
|Pass message|Message that appears after successfully completing the exam.|
|Fail message|Message that appears when the taker fails to achieve the minimum score to pass the exam.|

|Passing percentage|Minimum percentage required to pass the exam.|
|Randomize questions|Option to allow questions to appear in random order.|
