# View Credly badges

As an employee, sync external badges into your organization’s Credly account and view them on your career profile.

## Before you begin

Role required: learning.user

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Employee Center**.

2.  In the Employee Center, navigate to **Profile** > **Career**.

3.  Select the **Achievements** menu item and view your Credentials and badges.

4.  Select **Get credentials** to import your credentials from the Credly application.

5.  Select **Refresh credentials** to sync your organization’s Credly account with the latest credentials in your Credly account.

    **Note:** If you don't see your credentials, contact your admin to setup your Credly account.
