# Request skill feedback from skill expectations

You can request skill feedback from the skill expectations widget on the Skills tab in Employee center.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1.  In Employee Center navigate to **Your team** > **Skills**.

2.  On the skill expectations widget, select **Score analysis** of the employee you want to request feedback from.

3.  On the skill score analysis fly out, click \[Omitted image "viewmenu.png"\] Alt text: View menu icon on any skill pill and select **Request skill feedback**.

4.  On the **Request skill feedback** form, fill in the information.
