# View consolidated feedback in Manager Hub

View a consolidated summary of all the feedback received for an employee.

## Before you begin

Role required: manager

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Employee Center** > **Your team** > **Team members**.

2.  Select the ServiceNow Otto icon to start a conversation with the agent.

3.  Converse with ServiceNow Otto to view or receive an update on a feedback request.

4.  Select the employee who you'd like to view feedback for from the drop-down options suggested by the agent.

    **Note:** You can also request for a summary of all employees.

5.  View the summary or update on the feedback request you sent in the last 3 days.

6.  Select **View all received feedback** to navigate to the feedback summary details page.

    Navigate through the Feedback page for insights gathered for the selected employee from the following options:

    -   **Feedback type**: Filter o select the feedback type.
    -   **Received from**: Filter to select the feedback provider.
    -   **Sort by**: Filter to sort the feedback collected by date.
