# Create Universal Request

Create a universal request record on behalf of the requester from the Universal Request application.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_uni\_req.routing\_agent or admin.

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Universal Request** > **Create New**.

2.  On the form, fill in the fields.

3.  Click **Submit**.
