# Update a move request workplace service

As a workplace manager, modify a move request that is created in the Workplace Case Management application. You can add move tasks, edit a task template, add child move cases, and more.

## Before you begin

Ensure that you have the following applications installed:

-   Workplace Core
-   Workplace Case Management.

Role required: sn\_wsd\_case.manager or workplace manager

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Workplace Case Management** > **Workplace Case Management - Setup** > **Workplace services**.

2.  Select any of the following move-related workplace services that you want to edit:

    -   **Workplace Move Service**
    -   **Move Employee Personal Items**
3.  On the form, edit the fields that you want to update.

4.  To edit a workplace service activity, go to the Workplace Service Activity related list and select the workplace service activity that you want to edit.

5.  Click **Update**.


## Result

The workplace service is updated.
