# Assign a learning path to agents

Assign a learning path to one or more agents and add a due date for them to complete the path.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_hr\_wfo.admin

## About this task

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Workforce Optimization for HR** > **Manager Workspace**.

2.  Select the coaching icon \(\[Omitted image "coaching-icon-uib.png"\] Alt text: Coaching icon\).

3.  Select the **Learning** tab.

4.  Select **Learning paths** > **All learning paths**.

    -   You can search paths based on keywords using the **Search** field or narrow down the display of the paths based on skills using the **Filter by skill** field.
    -   Each path displays a highlight that shows whether it is in draft or published state. You can select a path that is **Draft** state and complete it. You can select a path that is in **Published** state and view the path details.
5.  Select the Assign icon for the path you want to assign to agents.

    The Assign icon is only available when the path is in **Published** state.

6.  In the **Assign learning path** window, assign the learning path to groups or team members.

**Assign the path to all groups that you directly and additionally manage**

**Assign the path to specific groups or team members**

</td><td>

1.  Select **To specific groups or team members**.
2.  In the **Group assignment** field, select one or more groups to which the agents you want to assign this path to belong.
3.  In the **Team member assignment** field, select one or more team members to which you want to assign the path.

</table>    1.  If the agents have to complete the path within a given date, select the **Mandatory** check box.

    2.  In the **Due date** field, select the date by which they need to complete the path.

    3.  Click **Assign**.

    You can see the progress your agents have made as they work on a path.
