# Create a course catalog in Workforce Optimization for HR

Create course catalogs and set user criteria to define user access to the course items and learning paths associated with it.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_hr\_wfo.admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Workspaces** > **Manager Workspace**.

2.  Select the Coaching icon.

3.  Select the **Learning** tab.

4.  Go to **Learning course catalogs** > **All course catalogs**.

5.  Select **New**.

6.  Create a course catalog.
