# Add a workplace approval configuration

Add approvers to an approval definition. The assigned approvers receive the approval requests of those reservations that match the conditions defined in the approval definition.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_wsd\_core.admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Workplace Core** > **Administration** > **Approval Definitions**.

2.  Select the approval definition to which you want to add a workplace approval configuration.

3.  On the form, scroll down to the Workplace Approval Configurations related list.

4.  Click **New**.

5.  On the form, fill in the field.

Approvers for the approval definition. Select one or more approvers to approve the reservations that match the approval definition. Application for which you are creating the approval definition.

Type of approval required to approve the reservation. Options are as follows:-   Any approver can approve.
-   All approvers must approve.
-   The first response from any approver is an approval.

Missing all approvers

</td><td>

What action to take if all the approvers are missing.

Level

</td><td>

Importance level of the approval. The approval with the lowest level is implemented first.

## Result

The workplace approval configuration is added.
