# Approve employee workplace reservation requests

Review employee area and space reservation requests in Workplace Core and approve or reject them.

## Before you begin

To approve or reject a workplace request using your mobile device, you must have the [Now® Mobile](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/employee-service-management/now-mobile-employee-experience/mobile-employee-experience.md) app.

Role required: approver\_user

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to a reservation approval task.

3.  Approve or reject the request by selecting **Approve** or **Reject**.
