# Adjust workplace contract in Core UI

Change the start date, end date, or payment amount after the contract is in the Active state.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_wsd\_la.manager or sn\_wsd\_la.admin

## About this task

To adjust a contract, its state must be Active.

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Workplace Lease Administration** > **Workplace Contracts**.

2.  Select **Adjust**.

3.  On the form, fill in the fields.

    |Field|Description|
    |-----|-----------|
    |Start Date|Date on which the contract takes effect.|
    |End Date|Date on which the contract expires.|
    |Payment Amount|Total amount paid for the contract. If the contract has one or more rate cards, this field shows the total of all rate card base costs.|

4.  Select **Submit Adjustments**.
