# Add a workplace contract service in Workplace Central

Workplace contract services are the common services offered as part of the lease contract. You can add and track the services along with their associated costs.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_wsd\_la.workplace\_central\_user, sn\_wsd\_la.manager or sn\_wsd\_la.admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Workspaces** > **Workplace Central**.

2.  Select **Lease Administration**.

3.  Select the contract.

4.  In the **Workplace Contract Services** related list, click **New**.

5.  On the form, fill in the fields.

    |Field|Description|
    |-----|-----------|
    |Name|Name of the contract service.|
    |Cost|The currency and the cost of the contract service.|
    |Workplace Contract|Name of the contract. The contract name is auto-filled.|
    |Workplace Contract Service type|The Workplace Contract Service type. The available options are Parking, Janitorial, or Common Area Maintenance.|
    |Description|Description of the contract service.|
    |Domain|The domain for the service.|

6.  Select **Save**.
