# Add workplace contract clause in Workplace Central

Add workplace contract clauses, including insurance clause, parking clause, warranty clauses to store the lease contract clauses.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_wsd\_la.workplace\_central\_user, sn\_wsd\_la.manager or sn\_wsd\_la.admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Workspaces** > **Workplace Central**.

2.  Select **Lease Administration**.

3.  Select a contract.

4.  In the **Workplace Contract Clauses** related list, select **New**.

5.  On the Workplace Contract Clause form, fill in the fields.

    |Field|Description|
    |-----|-----------|
    |Clause type|Type of clause.|
    |Workplace contract|Workplace contract reference.|
    |Silent|Yes or No|
    |Clause summary|Description of the clause.|

6.  Select **Submit**.


## Result

The workplace contract clauses are added.
