# Adjust workplace contract in Workplace Central

Change the start date, end date, or amount to be paid for an contract in active state.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_wsd\_la.workplace\_central\_user, sn\_wsd\_la.manager or sn\_wsd\_la.admin

## About this task

To adjust a contract, the **State** should be **Active**.

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Workspaces** > **Workplace Central**.

2.  Click **Adjust**.

3.  Complete the form.

    |Field|Description|
    |-----|-----------|
    |Start Date|Date on which the contract takes effect.|
    |End Date|Date on which the contract expires.|
    |Payment Amount|Total amount paid for the contract. If the contract has one or more rate cards, this field shows the total of all rate card base costs.|

4.  Click **Submit Adjustments**.
