Navigate to **Workspaces** > **Workplace Central**. 2. Select **Lease Administration**. 3. Click **New**. 4. In the **Contract Model** field, select **Lease**. 5. In the **Terms and conditions** section, specify the legal information in the contract. On the form, fill in the rest of the fields. Click **Save**. 8. You can submit the contract for review or add contract services, contract locations, assets, terms and condition, or documents to the contract.
