# Create workplace services

Create Workplace services like catering, office supply, parking, or any other service. Associate this service to a default general request template.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Workplace Case Management** > **Workplace Services.**.

2.  On the workplace service form, fill in the fields:

    -   Service Name: Name of the workplace service. For example, Workplace cleaning.
    -   Case table: Name of the case or request table. Select the **Workplace Maintenance Case** \(sn\_wsd\_maintenance\_case\) table.
    -   Fulfillment Type: Select **Service Activity** from the drop-down options.
    -   Default Template: Default template for Workplace Maintenance Management. Search for the **General maintenance request** template using the lookup list icon \(\[Omitted image "icon-lookup.png"\] Alt text: Lookup list icon.\).
3.  Select **Update**.
