# Create a reservation along with a shared reservation

Reserve a workplace near to your co-worker using their shared reservation details.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_wsd\_core.workplace\_user

## Procedure

1.  Open the email containing the reservation details sent by your co-worker.

2.  Review the reservation details and scroll down to the end of the email.

3.  To search for all the available spaces that are available near the co-worker's workplace, select **Browse all spaces**.

    The Reservation portal is opened with pre-filled details as per your co-worker's reservation. You can select a suitable workplace by yourself.

    For more information on how to make a reservation on the Reservation portal, refer to [Create a reservation]().

4.  To automatically reserve the most suitable and nearby space to your co-worker, select **Reserve a space for me**.

    An available and the most nearby space in your co-worker's building is reserved. The details are displayed in the Reservation summary page. The reservation is confirmed when the state changes to Confirmed.

    **Note:** This option is unavailable for multi-reservation.
