# Print workplace reservations

Using the Reservation Overview, workplace managers and reservation desk executives can print the reservations created and scheduled for a location.

## Before you begin

**Note:** Enable the Print reservation feature by installing the Document Templates plugin.

Role required: sn\_wsd\_rsv.reservation\_planner or sn\_wsd\_rsv.reservation\_viewer

## About this task

The report contains the reservation details and the requested service item details.

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Workplace Reservation Management** > **Reservation Overview**.

2.  Select any of the following options to view reservations:

    -   **My Reservations**: Select this option to view the reservations that you created.
    -   **All Reservations**: Select this option to view all the reservations made through the application.
    -   **Today's Reservations**: Select this option to view the current day's reservations.
3.  Select a reservation request to view its details.

4.  Select **Print reservation**.

    The downloaded document displays the workplace reservation and the associated service details.

    **Note:** The Print reservation feature is only available for single- and multi-child reservations and isn’t available for blocker reservations and multi-parent reservations.
