# Share your reservation details with other users

Share the details of your reservation with a colleague. An email notification is sent to the colleague with the details. The colleague can also make a reservation near to your workplace.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_wsd\_core.workplace\_user

## Procedure

1.  On your mobile device, open the Now Mobile app.

2.  In the Workplace Reservations section, tap **My reservations**.

    You can also open the My reservations section by selecting the services icon \(\[Omitted image "services-app.png"\] Alt text: Services icon.\).

3.  Select the reservation that you want to share.

4.  Tap the more options and select the **Share icon**.

    The appearance of the icon depends on the type of device that you are using.

5.  In the **Send reservation details to** field, select one or more users with whom you want to share the reservation details.

    Close the page after selecting the users.

6.  In the **Add note** field, add a note that is sent along with the reservation.

7.  Tap **Send**.


## Result

After the reservation is confirmed, the reservation details are shared with the selected users.
