The Additional requirement form specifies visitor information that is required while adding a visitor.

Requirement type

Type of the requirement, which determines the section that the information field is displayed in.You can select any one of the following options:

-   Additional information: Information like diet restrictions or license plate number; displayed in the first section of the pre-check tasks.
-   Document to upload: Documents like a visitor ID or photograph; displayed in the second section of the pre-check tasks.
-   Document to acknowledge: Policy documents or guidelines; displayed in the third section of the pre-check tasks.

Option to set the record to active. Inactive records are not displayed on the portal pages.
