# View visitor registrations

View visitor registrations submitted through the service portal. You can view all visitor registrations, the ones for the current day, and the ones that were made by you.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_wsd\_visitor.admin or sn\_wsd\_visitor.staff

-   A reception staff can update the state of the visitor registration.
-   You can print badges from anywhere in the Workplace Visitor Management application.

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Workplace Visitor Management** > **Visitor Overview**.

2.  Select any of the following options to view visitor registrations:

    -   **All Visitor Registrations**: Select this option to view all the visitor registrations made through the application.
    -   **My Visitor Registrations**: Select this option to view the visitor registrations that you created.
    -   **Today's Registrations**: Select this option to view the current day's visitor registrations.
3.  Select a visitor registration to view its details.

    -   The Visit Details tab contains information like the location, host, co-hosts, arrival, and departure times.
    -   The Visitor Details tab contains the visitor's information like the name, email address, phone number, and consent.
    -   The Visitor Services tab contains information like the parking type and license plate, and whether the visitor is a VIP or requires WiFi.
    You can also see whether the visitor has accepted or declined the visitor policies by selecting the record in the Visitor Policy Confirmation related list.
