# View events on the Team calendar in Workforce when Workforce Optimization for Field Service is installed

View or hide events, such as appointments and work order tasks, on the Team calendar when Workforce Optimization for Field Service is installed to view only the events you want to see.

## Before you begin

Role required: wm\_manager, wm\_agent

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Workforce**.

    -   Managers, navigate to **All** > **Field Service** > **Manager** > **Workforce**.
    -   Agents, navigate to **All** > **Field Service** > **Agent** > **Workforce**.
2.  Select the **Calendars** icon in the contextual side panel.

3.  Use the toggle switches to display events on the Team calendar.

    Events that are toggled are visible on the Team calendar.
