# Flag or unflag tasks from the list

Flag tasks from the list to track their progress. Flagged tasks appear in Dispatcher Workspace.

## Before you begin

Role required: wm\_dispatcher

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **CSM/ FSM Configurable Workspace**.

2.  Select the **List** \[Omitted image "coral-list-icon.png"\] Alt text: List icon.

3.  Select the list that contains the tasks you want to flag or unflag.

4.  Select the tasks to flag or unflag.

5.  Choose from the following action.

    |Action|Selection|
    |------|---------|
    |**Flag tasks**|Select **Flag Tasks**.|
    |**Unflag tasks**|Select **More actions \[Omitted image "more-actions-coral.png"\] Alt text: more actions** > **Unflag Tasks**|

    The tasks appear as flagged or unflagged in both the list and Dispatcher Workspace.
