# Respond to a request on Field Service Marketplace

Respond to or decline requests on Field Service Marketplace.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_mktplace\_core.mktplace\_fulfiller

Ensure that the Field Service Marketplace plugin is active. For more information, see [Activate Field Service Marketplace](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/field-service-management/workforce-optimization-for-field-service/activate-contractor-marketplace.md).

Fulfilling requests on Field Service Marketplace is only available via the Mobile experience. This requires the Field Service Contractor for mobile plugin \(com.snc.fsm\_ext\_mobile\).

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Marketplace**.

2.  On a pending response, choose from the following:

    **Note:** Selection options vary depending on the requestor's configuration.

**Respond**

Enables you to respond with time estimates, cost estimates, or other notes and comments. The requestor may award the task to you.

**Accept**

Accepts the request. The requestor may award the task to you.

**Decline**

</td><td>

Declines the request. The request is removed from your pending responses.

## Result

After responding or accepting, the requestor decides who to award the task to. If declined, the request is removed from the pending responses.
