# Accept or reject requests from push notifications

As a Field Service agent, you can accept or reject work order tasks using push notification actions without having to open the ServiceNow Agent mobile app.

## Before you begin

Role required: wm\_agent

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to the push notification received on your mobile device.

2.  Tap the push notification.

3.  Process the request.

Click **Reject** **Note:** If you reject the task notification, the task assignment is deleted and the task returns to the **Pending Dispatch** state.
