# Access an SLA map

How to access the SLA map.

## Before you begin

Role required: wm\_admin, wm\_dispatcher, or dispatcher combination role

## Procedure

1.  To access the SLA map, navigate to **Field Service** > **Dispatching** > **My SLA Map**.

    The map opens in the geographical area containing work orders with SLAs that are assigned to your dispatch group.
