# View all tasks in Field Service Manager Mobile

Manager’s can view all the tasks assigned to assignment groups or territories they manage to get a complete view of the team’s workload.

## Before you begin

Role required: wm\_manager, sn\_fsm\_tp.fsm\_territory\_resource\_manager

## Procedure

1.  Open Field Service Manager Mobile.

2.  Tap **Tasks**.

3.  Choose from the following

**Tap an item under __Tasks by priority__**

To see the list of tasks that has the priority you selected.

**Tap an item under __Tasks by team__**

To see all the tasks assigned to that team

**Tap a task under __Tasks in progress__**

</td><td>

To see one of the tasks currently being worked on, by default five tasks show.**Note:** Tap **See all** to see all of the task currently in progress.
