# Add a service offering to Operational Resilience reporting

Add a service offering to Operational Resilience reporting.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_oper\_res.manager

## About this task

Beginning with Operational Resilience, Release 21.0.x, records in the Services, Business services, Offerings, Business processes, and Application services modules feature a vertical layout.

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Operational Resilience Workspace** > **List** > **Services**.

    The following modules are displayed:

    -   Services
    -   Business Services
    -   Service Offerings
    -   Business Process
2.  To add a service offering to the Operational Resilience application, select **New** in the Service offerings list view and fill in the details regarding the service offering on the [Create an offering form](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/governance-risk-compliance/create-new-offering-form.md).

3.  Select **Save**.
