Navigate to **All** > **Audit** > **Audit Workspace**, and open an engagement, control test, or evidence record. 2. Select the **Documents** panel. The panel lists the documents and folders already linked to the record. 3. Select **Add**, then select **Document**. 4. Upload a new file, or select an existing document that you own or have access to. 5. Select **Add**. The document appears in the Documents panel for the record. If the document is already linked to other records, it now also appears in those records' Documents panels as shown in the example. \[Omitted image "aud-dms-9-eng-evidence-doc-added.png"\] Alt text: Document added.
