# Create a compliance case in the Compliance Workspace

Report any violation of the organization's policies or guidelines by using the Compliance Case Management application. By reporting a case, you reduce and avert the adverse regulatory actions that could impact the company's financials, reputation, and growth.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_compliance\_ws.corporate\_compliance\_analyst and sn\_compliance\_ws.corporate\_compliance\_manager

## About this task

Your users can report a case to the compliance teams through phone calls or emails. The compliance teams can then create these cases in the Compliance Workspace and attach the relevant details to the case.

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Compliance Workspace**.

2.  Select the Compliance case management icon \(\[Omitted image "icon-tprm-ws-risk-activity.png"\] Alt text: Electronic signature\).

3.  From the options available in **Create**, select **Case**.

4.  On the form, fill in the fields.

5.  Select **Save**.
