# Configure Event dependency source configuration record

Configure the sources for adding the event dependencies in the Event dependency source configuration record.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_bcm.admin, sn\_bcp.plan\_admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Business Continuity** > **General Administration** > **Event dependency source configuration**.

2.  Select **New**.

    The example shows the Event dependency source configuration record.

3.  On the form, fill in the fields.

4.  Select **Submit**.

    As per the sources set up by the BCM administrator in the Event dependency source configuration record, the dependencies are added in the event.
