# Set up recovery timeframe for a recovery tier

Set up recovery timeframe that starts from when an incident or crisis happens to the time your business can resume usual operations.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_bcm.admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Business Continuity** > **General Administration** > **Recovery Timeframes**.

2.  Click **New**.

3.  On the form, fill in the fields.

    |Field|Description|
    |-----|-----------|
    |Name|Name of the recovery timeframe.|
    |Starts at|Start time of the recovery timeframe. Time at which the recovery operations should begin.|

4.  Click **Submit**.
